mmmmm I have lately been debating about making home making bread. Do you use a bread maker or bake it in the oven and make it yourself? also the cinnamon bread sounds very yummy and interesting.
I have been making my bread by hand - we eat it too fast to only make one loaf (ala bread maker), so by hand is the way to go. It is WAY easier and quicker than I thought it would be. It takes me about 3 - 3.5hrs from start to in-the-tummy ;) LOL And most of that is just rising time.
