Greyfriars

We read a cute (true) story about a little dog in Edinburgh's history called Greyfriar's Bobby. His owner was a police man, and he was a police dog and would go with him on his owner's rounds. When the owner died the dog was distraught at his loss and would come everyday to sit on his master's grave. He then became known as "Greyfriar's Bobby", after the churchyard.
